(add bullet cooldown of something so small it doesnt affect gameplay but prevents autoclicking)

Intriguing game... One bug We've noticed is your health doesn't reset upon attempting again. Other than that... pretty fun game
I'll definitley look into it, although in my playtesting i havent found this bug yet. Thanks for reporting this bug though.
