An Emotional Quiz

I honestly have no idea what to do in the Undertale boss battle. The meter above the boss fills up sometimes, but I'm not sure exactly HOW or WHY it got filled.

but sadly i suck at undertale so i couldnt win. but its still an amazing game

and i love how it was very similar to an undertale fangame
